"Today is your opportunity to build the tomorrow you want"

Personal Trainer | Youth Strength & Conditioning Coach | Adapted Athlete Coach

Sometimes, life brings you to those places where you’re forced to stop and pause. The things you are doing for yourself aren’t working and this body that you once identified as an athlete, isn’t healthy or happy, doesn’t know how to manage stress, and doesn’t know how to properly fuel itself. Hailey found herself there, mid-thirties and desperately searching to put a different version of herself out into the world.

Her first step was getting her own personal trainer which jump started her exploration into fitness. It was humbling and scary to release control and trust another person. It wasn’t instantaneous, but it was fulfilling as her life outside the gym also started to fall into place. She learned Olympic lifting, changed her nutrition, and competed in her first CrossFit competition. As she started to love herself more, it became easier to say yes to choices that challenged her to grow.

One large piece of this was powerlifting at Origin with Heather and training for her first Origin meet in 2020. Three Origin meets and one sanctioned meet later, Hailey is now on the other side, training clients for their first powerlifting meets. She knows that everyone, in any type of body, can benefit from having someone in their corner, showing them how very strong they truly are. As a middle school teacher, she especially loves to work with teen athletes. This includes helping them gain strength in their off-seasons, teaching them about the other STEM pillars besides training, and celebrating with them as they gain confidence in themselves.

Outside the gym, Hailey enjoys baking for her neighbors, spending time in the sun, doing art and other creative endeavors, and in Fall, can be found poolside coaching Sequoia High School girl’s water polo team.
