Individualized Sessions
Please let your coach know if you have any pre-existing injuries or medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate in certain exercises. We are equipped to provide modifications or alternative exercises as needed. You will also be taken through a thorough assessment on Day 1 to identify injuries and create a program that treats and honors your injury.
What if I have a pre-existing injury or medical condition?
Starting with our intake process, you’ll feel seen and heard. Our clients choose personal training to have a guide not only through their in-gym health pursuits, but the challenges that life presents on a daily basis. Our team approaches fitness with conviction, but also with the perspective that we are here to help you perform your best in the roles and responsibilities that are important to you outside of the gym.
What does it feel like to work with a coach at Origin?
At Origin, our staff is connected through our Group Training business, which opened in 2018. All of our staff are either members or coaches of what we do on that side - which creates a cohesion that allows us to work together, instead of as independent contractors.
